Yes there is a different seat available for ST category students. If you apply from All India Quota then it is not that you will not get reservation. You will be alloted a seat in any other state from your category. The cutoff for All India Quota is also low for ST category than any other category. So you will get reservation from both State Quota and also All India Quota. Only the cutoff is high for All India Quota than from state quota.
