EFLU only provides first and seond list. I'm afraid there will not be a third list. Usually they do not put out a third list for any subject. However, it all depends upon whether all the seats are full or not. It is advisible to keep an eye on the official EFLU website daily in case there is any update. But it is better if you start seeking different colleges if you have not made it in the second list.
