The minimum age limit for appearing in JEE Main is 17 years.
Also there are restrictions on when the the student should have passed class 12. For JEE Main 2019, a student should have passed his class 12 in either 2017, 2018 or 2019.

The candidates who have passed XII examination in 2017, 2018 or appearing in 2019 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) Examination – 2019.

However, candidates should satisfy themselves about the eligibility of age limit requirements of the Institutes in which he/she is desirous of taking admission. The minimum Age limit for JEE Main is 17 years.
