Dear Student,

the answer key for NEET 2020 was released on the 26th September 2020, following which there were  a couple of questions that were doubtful but it is difficult to tell whether or not bonus marks will be given or not. But the NTA did give  window of time for students to challenge the answer key between the dates of 27 September to 29 September 2020.

As of now, there is no news of grace marks in NEET. There were 1 or 2 questions which seemed a debatable, however, NTA has not yet said anything about bonus marks. The key answers are released by NTA. The window to question or challenege the key answers has not been announced. Keep checking the official website of NTA for latest update.
