Hello Ramesh,
Yes, there is good chance for your admission because it will be first batch of AIIMS Mangalapuri this year. Classes would be held at the SMC. AIIMS own campus is still in construction so there is huge chance that most of aspirant will not go for this college that make your chance high for this.
