Well in this much marks and general category , you will not be able to get any government seat but don't worry you can still try out for private colleges.

as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.

Regarding your concern, I am sorry to say belonging to general category with 350 marks, you wont be able to get governement medical seat.

However, dont be disheartened. You can try private medical college or dental or veternary colleges.
