I assume that these are your AIIMS entrance ranks. See, the cutoff ranks vary with the ranking of the institute. For example the cutoff at AIIMS New Delhi will be much higher than AIIMS Raipur. As per the previous year cut off I can give you the last rank from your category admitted to some of the AIIMS :

New Delhi - 5590

Bhopal - 6596

Patna - 2494

Jodhpur - 979

Raipur - 2514

Total number of seats available in aiims are 1200 out if which 600 will ve reserved .

Now as you know that aiims are one of the most sort after medical college  of the country , I do not think that it would be possible for you to get any seat.

But you can try for mbbs college.
