Yes of course, if a candidate challenges the official answerkeys of neet or any entrance exam then the exam conducting athourities go through it by taking it seriously and recheck every question and answer.

If they found the challenge right, then they too release a revised answer-key again with all the right answers.

But,  if the challenge found wrong, then there is on new release of such answer keys and the first time released answer key was accepted correct.
