Rosy, The Supreme Court has dismissed all the PILs requesting for Cancellation of NEET and JEE Mains citing Studen'ts future. So NEET will happen as scheduled on September 13th with adequate measures taken. Already Kerala has started taking measures including quarantine rules and santitsation measures. Bihar might be in lockdown now but by September things will improve and thats the plan. The State Government will take care of the transportation.  So NEET will happen as scheduled on September 13th.
