Hi

Government of telengana has not annoced notification for second couselling definitely they will conduct second couselling wait for the notification and at present self reporting process going on after that they will announce how many seats are left because may some people attended counseling and got allotment in first allotment they may not book there seat so let's wait for notification then you will come to know all details
