Got no answer to this question....found out that cut off is not lowered so significantly after all....for example in guwahati i saw that 726 was closing mark for rf and photonics in round 5 but in round a it was 716...so not much difference...still seats will be unfilled and then the iits will go for separate rounds conducted outside coap.
