Sorry to say this year now you can not apply for JEE mains, as the form filling dates are already over in January 2018.

For IIT first, you have to appear JEE Mains based on your mark and cutoff you can write JEE Advanced.

No as off now there is no chance for you  to apply for jee mains entrance exam as the form filling dates are already over in January 2018 and hence you can not apply for jee advanced exam.
But there are other options also available for you to apply for engineering entrance exams like VITEEE,SRMJEEE,BITSAT,COMEDK,MHTCET,UPSEE..and many more.Kindly visit their respective websites for further information.

To get admission in IITs you have to clear two competitive exams
First JEE Mains conducted by CBSE which acts as prelims for the next level. You have to be within 1,50,000 rank to be eligible to get a chance for the next level.
Second is JEE Advance and your final rank in JEE Advance will decide whether you will get a seat in IITs or not.
Also you should pay attention to your board exams because from this year onwards board exam's marks will be considered for ranking in JEE mains.
