As per the rules laid down in the information brochure released by CSAB, you are NOT allowed to fill the choices again in CSAB special round 2. The choice filling process was open only during registration period and now the same choice is available in both the rounds which is the sole reason float option is provided. I hope you choose float option for better college. As for refilling the choice goes, it is not possible.
