You must have to know the fact that the cut off marks are not decided based on the students but is decided by the organising committee based on several standard such as: the level of difficulty of the question paper, the number of students appearing for the examination, and several other factors into account.

So it's better to not expect for the cut off to change according to your will and work hard in order to get your desired result...
