It's quite difficult to predict  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors. Since you have 192 marks in your NEET exam 2021, also you belongs to SC category.  It's very tough to get any seat in the government college with this marks because the cut-offs you have only qualified and it will not provide you the better rank to get a seat in government college. The cut-offs for SC category this year is near about 145+ Marks but you have only cleared that.

Considering the previous years cut-off trends and predictions made based on that, it is very difficult to get any college with 192 marks even if you are a student of SC Category. If you think of the chances of admission then it's hard to admit that with this score it is near to impossible.
