No there is no chance that NEET and JEE will be postponed further. The NEET medical entrance exam and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission into the IITs will be held as per schedule, the Supreme Court said today. "The careers of students cannot be put under jeopardy," the top court said as it dismissed a petition by 11 students to defer the exams due to the coronavirus crisis.

we have no official information about further postponement of NEET 2020 and JEE mains 2020 , admit card of JEE mains 2020 has also released and supreme court has dismissed the PILs filed  by parents, so there are very fewer almost no chances of again getting postponed both the exams , i would suggest you to carry on your preparation and keep an eye on the official website of same
