No, this is not a good score. Even for the one who got 400 and above have extremely less chance to get a seat in medical college. So definitely there are no chances for you to get a seat in a medical college. But if you have the marks which is required on the basis of caste then you can get a medical seat in private college, for which you will have to pay a lot of money. It is never wrong to have scope, if you are desperate about a medical seat via counselling do take NEET next year also. If you are an OBC/SC/ST category candidate then you might have cleared the exam but if you belong to general category then these marks are not enough to even clear NEET 2020.
