see gate 2021 exam is not yet held , however there is no information available regarding gate 2022 syllabus. I suggest you to wait till the gate 2021 exam complete, gate forms generally released on the month of september of each year.  however as for 2021 syllabus of electronics and communication engineering, computer organization is not included. you may check the official brochure to know in details:
