Is there any college/scholarships that allow scholarships before start studying in there

Hello,

Assuming that you are talking about scholarships for studying abroad, most colleges and universities do not provide scholarships until the applicant has been successfully enrolled in a program in the university.

Apart from this, university-independent scholarships and funds offered by the government or other organizations require the applicant to submit proof of admission to a recognised university before granting the scholarship. 

Therefore, for a scholarship from a college or university, you will have to first confirm enrolment before you can avail the scholarship benefits.

Is it sure that i would get a scholarship from colleges.is there any chance that i am unable to recieve it.
