As such there is no entrance test for delhi.
Delhi university takes admission on the basis of merit but now is planning to start with DU JAT for all UG courses from 2019.
IPU conducts its own entrance exam IPU CET for admission to the colleges under IPU.
Similarly other universities also conduct there own exams or take admission based on merit.
Engineering courses are given on the basis of JEE result and medical admissions are based on NEET score.
