Don’t lose hope. They will provide you the time for making correction in the application form. The NBE is  going to release the correction window date for NEET PG 2019 from 14 January till 31 Jan 2019. If you want to edit details in your NEET 2019 application form, then you will be able to do so online at ntaneet.nic.in on those dates. Hope this helps you!

The correction window is open from 7th to 14th December 2019 during which you can we enter correct any information which you might have incorrectly entered during the previous form fill up process because after 14 December you will not get any such chance and any discrepancy between what you have entered and what certificates you will produce during a verification and admission process will create for the problems and complicate the matter for you
