In Neet there is no defence quota benefit. You have to score high in order to get good ranking. In government colleges you won't get any benefits. I am still not sure about AFMC. There you might get a some clause related to this. And in some private colleges also they may have this quota benefit. But this purely depends on the college and its rules.
