Dear Radhika, there is no reservation Defense quota under 15% All India Quota. All it has is for OBC/SC/ST/PWD. Having said that some states might have reservation in NEET under 85% State Eligibility Quota and for that you have to reach out to your respective State Counselling authorities.

In my state Odisha, there is an Ex-Serviceman (ES) Quota (3 percent) available under 85 percent State Quota.
