Both are good and both have equal scope. If you have interest in Artificial Intelligence and interest in learning new things then you can go for Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence otherwise Computer Science is best. If I will choose personally then I will choose Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence because I have interest in Artificial Intelligence too. Rest it depends upon you.

The key differences between Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence are:

1) CS is generic and wide concept whereas AI is an implementation.

2) AI is one of many fields in Computer Science.

3) AI is discipline belonging to CS.
