Hello, management quota means those seats, where the fees structure and selection is purely on the managments decision. It is they who fix the fees. However you can get relaxation on fees if you are selected like in sports quota and all, wthin that allocation.

Management Quota means these seats are reserved for those people who actually didnt qualify the eligibility criteria for getting a seat in college but are willing to spend  extra money donated to college  then actual fee of the college. It is like the direct admission process in colleges.

If you have sports quota then there is good chances of less donation, else you have to pay the asked donation...
