There is no such way. You need good training and have valid degree like Mechanical or Electrical engineering. You can gain such experience from top firms like Lockheed Martin andBoeing which are weapon and aircraft missile makers. 

Choosing good colleges ljke IIT and NIt ismust because such jobs are niche and only top college grads are preferred.
