If a candidate qualifies  AP Eamcet then, he /she can appear for the councelling process and can easily get a seat in a college, with a fee exemption.

You are not obligated to pay the tuition fee to the college in which you have secured seat.

However you need to pay one times admission fee, books fee, library fee, etc as per the college fee structure. You are exempted to pay the fee(only tuition fee) for the entire duration of the course.
