Dear Student,

It is the matter of college whether they will charge extra for gym or not, they have provided you the hostel facilities list where you can each and every thing.

Still there is high chances they will charge for everything at once not in separate manner i.e. if you have paid the fee of hostel fee then it will include every hostel facility from electricity to gym. you don't need to pay extra money for anything.
