This should not be a major problem considering that both the documents will contain other information as well which can be matched and verified.

But in order to avoid any panic or problems at the time of verification you should create a self attested affidavit claiming that both the persons mentioned in the different documents are same. You can supported by using your parents name with proper proofs or any other document if you wish.
