Yes there are MBA courses in Engineering branches like MBA with these specializations: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics Biological Engineering, and Engineering Systems.

Pratham,
these courses can be mostly seen in abroad. There are either btech plus mba courses which are integrated.

So incase you are interested in MBA in mech engg that is btech plus mba..

Some of the colleges are:
JNTUH College
Apeejay
KN Modi University
