Yes, for each incorrect response in the preliminary exam, one-fourth of the marks will be deducted. SBI PO prelims exam will have three sections - Reasoning Ability, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude.

yes,penaltity for wrong answer apply for both preliminary as well as main exam for each question with wrong answer has been given by candidate,1/4 th of assigned marks dedicated to that question will be deducted as a penalty, for unanswered question there will be no penalty
