Yes ,many colleges other than IIITs ,GFTIs and NITs take admission through Jossa counselling.
Institutes like JNU ,PUNJAB ENGINEERING COLLEGE ,IEST SHIBPUR participate in Jossa counselling.
You can get admission in these institutes through Jossa counselling.
