Yes there are so many competitive exams after the 12th class based on your stream which your choosing if your interested for engineering there lot of state level entrance exams are there and another important exam by the name JEE mains and where as if you aiming to become as doctor you should NEET exam so based on your area of interest and passion you choose your career
