Hello Aspirant! Penalty amount solely depends on the management of the Private medical college. Usually, colleges don't ask for a fine amount but they don't give back the full tuitions fees you have paid. Since you are discontinuing very soon, you might get half of your payment back. They might not extra money for the inconvenience caused.
