yes there might be a problem when you are going for josaa online seat varification or any other verification. It is important that your name is the same in every certificate of yours. However, sometimes there are minor issues with one's aadhar card which can be rectified and need to be rectified. So do that before your date of verification bit even if you cannot it'll be fine I guess as you'll be having your Aadhar number.
