for applying PAN card you need to submit 10th marks list, Aadhar, ration card or any ID proof. And for applying PAN card there is no need to be biometric updation of aadhar card but need to submit aadhar card. You can get PAN card with in 15-20 days from date of apply through post to your home when you mention in Application form or Aadhar card.
