Neetu, you haven't mentioned the Counselling for which you are enquiring about. Ideally if you are claiming any reservation, it is mandatory to have the Category Certificate. If you do not have it at time of Counselling, your admission might stand cancelled, This rule is uniform across all Entrance examinations and Counsellings.
