Hello,

In the option entry form when you click on 'logout'  a message will be displayed with three options

1.Save and Logout

2. Confirm Logout

3.Cancel Logout

If you have pressed 'save and logout' or 'confirm logout' then there will not be any changes in the options entry. The options last recorded will be saved. So you don't have to worry about that. Once the options are filled they will be saved in the server until you change them next time.
