India faces a huge shortage of doctors so employment options are 100%. After completing the MBBS, one can apply for govt jobs whose salary varies. The curriculum is same for govt and pvt colleges so ideally you are given the same exposure as any other.

However, its generally found that pvt colleges have lack of faculty, infrastructure, adequate patient load hence in such scenerios it can affect the study. But to note there are excellent pvt colleges also like Manipal, CMC which gives you better training than most of the Indian Govt Medical Colleges.
