Yes, indeed there is. You need to score a minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission in Engineering colleges.

As per the notification of AP EAMCAT 2020,

• The qualifying marks are 25% of the maximum marks that will be considered for the ranking.
• There are no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Candidate’s admission will be limited to the extent of reserved seats for such categories.

Also if you mean the cutoff marks,that depends and varies from one year to another. It depends on the difficulty level of paper, number of exam takers etc.
