Gujarat PGCET is a State level entrance examination and it has only the following reservations:

SC: 7%

ST: 15%

Socially and Educationally Backward Class Including Orphans and Widows: 27%

Persons with disability: 5%

Wards of Ex-servicemen and Defence force: 1%

No there is no such reservation in M.TECH program in the EC branch in any central govt institute. The special status of Jammu & Kashmir is over now and it is a union territory.
