IIIT's do not offer reservation for SC/ST/BC candidates. There is reservation available but in some per cent Int ake of the total seats. Also, the selection is done purely on a merit base and the rank scored by an individual.

IIIT Hyderabad is not a government institution, it is a semi-private institution that offers reservation whereas IIT Allahabad provides reservation on SC/ST and OBC to some extent.
