Yes they generally ask you to stay in the private college hostel if enough seats are available and it also depends on the college management ,so its better to ask the officials .

    See rules depend on the hostel authorities. That what are the rules and regulations they prefer. For the students. Basically the main rules are you have not to misbehave with other students, you dont have to keep electric appliances. And so on.
