There are several colleges which provide lateral entry(direct in 2nd year).You can apply for CET of your state which are for diploma holders to take admission in b.tech.Once you are qualified you can appear in counselling and choose the college which have seats in chemical engineering and take admission.You need to know about the exam which your state organises and the college in your state which have chemical engineering seats.
