No, there is no sectional cut off in JEE Main. Your overall marks are considered.

 

To score good marks in JEE Main make sure your concepts are clear. So, that you can easily solve tricky questions.

Refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions. You can also solve complete mock test series for your practice.
