There is no other exam apart from NEET through which you can take admission to BVSC in Delhi. As for getting admission there you have to qualify NEET. In other states also the university accepts AIPVT score for the admission.

Yea air,  i understand your query regarding this as i would like to give you a brief about this as follows :

As there is the separate exam for bvsc delhi admission but its also done with the help of neet exam but criteria is changed Admissions to these 15% seats in UG course in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry for 2019-20 session at recognized veterinary colleges will be on the basis of (https://collegedunia.com/exams/neet/cutoff) neet merit  issued by NTA. These 15% seats will be filled through counseling conducted by Veterinary Council of India (VCI).
