If you are asking about preparing for neet examination from scratch by joining 1 month neet crash course or something similar then sorry it's not possible as the syllabus of neet examination is very wide .
But there's a quote that it's never too late so if your basics are clear and syllabus of 11th and 12th 8s complete then you can definitely join 1 month courses to clear neet examination like neet crash course of something like that or you can even join a mock test series for neet , it will help you a lot as it will let you know the types of questions asked in neet , how to handle stress during examination and you will lear time management as well and will also improve your accuracy.

The syllabus of n e e t exam is use and cannot be covered in a period of 1 month so if you are joining the one month program with the mindset of completing the syllabus then you are wrong these programs are targeted to the students who have already completed their syllabus and are going to revise properly in a structured with through the program if you don't have at least 50% family it with the syllabus you will find yourself alienated in this program. If you want to prepare for neet you must at least prepare for one year with wholeheartedness.

There is nothing which gets wasted. Every thing will help in some or the other way for sure. It will be a 1 month crash course right.. So everything is briefed and nothing goes in depth. But yes you surely will get a good enough idea about all the topics that you will be studying for the 2 year long programme.
