Is there any way out to attend 3rd counseling for Aiims pg when the 2nd counseling is missed?

If you are able to apply for the 3rd round of counseling, then you can definitely attend the 3rd round of counseling. If not so, the unfortunately you will have to wait till the open round are started after the counseling procedure.
