Hello,Aman Jain,in case,in case you have lost the admit card and even if the case is further severe that you don't have any xerox copy of it,you can go check out the  application form of the particular exam.The roll number is also mentioned on the application form ASAP.Don't panic and check out things which i have mentioned and last but not the least..make sure to keep 5-6 xerox copies of every required documents.
