With frequent misconduct of NEET in the near past, the rules are changing day by day. To be very straight forward, your tattoo will put you in trouble, only if the invigilator or the security check before NEET have objections with it. Better remove them.

It is not advisable to have permanent tattoos on the body but if anybody has tattoos on the body, the following cases arise -

• If minor tattoos are present outside unexposable parts like - chest than better you can get saved as these regions are not generally checked.
• If tattoos are present outside body like you mentioned your arm, you may straight forward be rejected because it is deemed to be a case of cheating!
